1) Charge your phone up to 80% or more : This is a long process & you need to turn off – ON your device several time. So make sure to charge your device as much as possible.

3) Now Double click on Odin3 v1.85.exe to run ODIN flasher.

4) From ODIN window Tick Auto Reboot & F Reset Time check box. Leave all other unchecked.

5) Now click on the PDA button on ODIN window, browse & select the recovery.tar from the extracted folder.

6) Switch OFF your phone & boot into download mode. To boot into download mode do this > Switch off your phone > Press & hold Volume Down + Home + Power button until you see the Samsung logo. On the next screen press the volume up button once to continue to download mode.

7) While the phone is in download mode connect it to pc via original USB cable. Wait for few minuted until your pc detects the phone & install the necessary adb drivers. When the process will be over the ID:COM box in ODIN window should light up in bright yellow color.

8) Now Remove the battery covery or the back cover of your phone (not the battery) & then Click the Start button on ODIN window to start the flashing procedure.

9) As soon as ODIN show a green message box with the PASS! command & your phone screen light off remove the battery. This will prevent your phone from overwriting the custom recovery with the stock recovery. If you get failed to do this follow the process again.

10) Now Insert the Battery & power ON your phone.

How to ROOT Samsung Galaxy S Duos

1) When your phone starts, connect it to pc & transfer the CWM-Superuser-3.1.3.zip to your phone internal sdcard. You will get this zip in extract folder.

2) Switch off your phone & boot into CWM Recovery mode. To boot into cwm recovery mode do this > Power off your phone > press & hold Volume UP + Vol. down + Home + Power button all together until you see the Samsung Logo.

3) From CWM Recovery menu Navigate & select Install Zip from SDcard Option > then choose zip from internal sdcard & select the CWM-Superuser-3.1.3.zip.

4) Now Select Yes to confirm flashing the CWM-Superuser-3.1.3.zip.

5) Once flashing over, select Reboot System Now from cwm recovery main menu.
